• Weekly intelligence digests delivered via email

Features may vary by subscription tier and are subject to change.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Authorize recurring charges at the applicable billing interval
• Provide valid and up-to-date payment information

Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., domain information, seed topics). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for providing and improving the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content and Analysis

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, recommendations, and reports. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs are informational and not guaranteed to be accurate or complete
• Recommendations should be evaluated by qualified professionals before implementation
• We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or citation outcomes
• AI models and methodologies may be updated, which could affect outputs

8. Data and Privacy

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBSITED AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WebSited AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebSited AI LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
